JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 The petitioner, invoking inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 25.07.2012 passed by learned Adhoc Addl.Sessions JudgeVth, Begusarai in Sessions Trial No.962/2010, arising out of Muffasil ( Singhaul) P.S.Case No.92/06 registered for the offence under Section 498A,304(B), 34/201 of the Indian Penal Code. By the said order, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge has rejected the petition for discharge filed on behalf of the petitioner.
On perusal of the record, it is evident that the petitioner is wife of brother of husband of the deceased. Besides examining the order rejecting the discharge
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43021 of 2013 (2) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 petition, I have also perused the F.I.R. and material available on record. There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The petition stands dismissed.
