The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the grandfather-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against him, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 33/17.
