Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 341, 323, 504, 353 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in fact son of his cousin sister had died in the concerned accident and, as such, he and other family members were mentally disturbed. However, it appears that, after the accident killing his nephew, mob assembled and was not allowing the dead body to be removed. Allegation is of slapping to the informant also. It is submitted that allegation is chiefly under Section 504 along with other Sections.

Case no.249/13, the above named petitioner, Sanjay Kumar Thakur @ Sanjay Thakur, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be the close relative or his family member, who will file affidavit before the court below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship with the petitioner.
