Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2018 in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 233 of 2018 for the offence under Section 341, 323, 325, 354 (B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.3.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail after 29.8.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
