Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Town P.S. case No. 99 of 2018 for the offence under sections 25(1b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was arrested with one loaded pistol including six live cartridges. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 18.8.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
