1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case.
4. The informant alleges that one Jagarnath was arrested with 238 gram of Heroine and Rs. 4 lacs in cash and he disclosed that he has to deliver the contraband to the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case at the instance of Jagarnath who disclosed his name when admittedly petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case under the NDPS Act and it appears that petitioner is involved in illegal trafficking of contraband.
7. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
