Petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. The alleged bathan does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15919 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 8061 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
