JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding selling of the land of someone else and as far as the petitioner herein is concerned, he is said to be the person whose already sold land was being sold again by the accused person.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that most of the accused persons have already been granted bail and the petitioner has a clean antecedent and has been in custody since 1.8.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as also the parity of the case with the other accused persons

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53214 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 and his long incarceration, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S.
