JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner, in this writ petition, is to direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner, which has been filed against the order dated 18.8.2021, passed by the Circle Officer, Bihiya, Bhojpur in connection with Encroachment case no. 03 of 2021-22.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner, if so filed and if not already disposed off, by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5101 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 passing the final order within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
