The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant whereas it is alleged against petitioner no.3, namely, Satendra Kumar fired on the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury report of the informant reflects only one injury of marginal size simple in nature, but it does not reflect that it has been caused by fire arm. There is counter version of the occurrence wherein petitioners' side also received injury. Moreover, statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No.152 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
