JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 The petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, who challenges the letter no. 1373, dated 02.12.2021 (Annexure-2), written by the Examination Controller, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna to Police Inspector-cum- Assistant Investigator, Vigilance Investigation Bureau, Patna, Camp-Darbhanga, whereby it has been informed that the total transmitted marks of the petitioner is 501, whereas, in the calculation register, total mark of the petitioner is 463. The petitioner also challenges the Memo No. 735, dated 10.03.2022 (Annexure-3), issued by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5102 of 2022(5) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 District Education Officer, Darbhanga, whereby the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Darbhanga has been directed to ensure that the petitioner is not working in the school and no salary is paid to her.

Since the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, who challenges the steps taken by the respondent authorities on the validity of the petitioner's appointment as Panchayat Teacher; having regard to the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.) along with the series of connected writ petitions, these writ petitions are hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in these writ petitions as may be permitted under the law.
