It is the stand of the counsel for the petitioner that her case cannot be equated with the rest of the accused for more than one reason. Firstly, that she is supposed to be an order giver; and secondly that she is a woman of advanced age. Therefore, prayer for bail of other accused will be required to be considered on the basis of the allegations, so made against them. In view of the above, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
