The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 307, 504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and other accused persons are alleged to have come on the land of the informant while the informant was cutting the fallen tree.

It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant with lathi and petitioner no. 2 Madan Singh is alleged to have stabbed the brother of the informant. Both the informant and Neeraj Kumar got simple injuries, one on the left little finger and another

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28674 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 abrasion on the right forearm. Other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that on account of some land dispute the occurrence took place and the injured got simple injuries, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.
