ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in paragraph 1 of the present application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.150 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 366A, 372 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36459 of 2015 (3) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 mischievous allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State, while referring to paragraph 63 of the case diary, submits that the victim girl has taken the name of these two petitioners in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Moreover, second girl who has been reported to be missing is yet to be recovered. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
