The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2017 in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 registered for an offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that alleged recovery is not made from the possession of the petitioner but from the house of Shambhu Rai, let above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
