The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant claimed that he had taken the land of R.S.P. No. 101 of Khata No. 49 (d) on mortgage from Seshnath Singh and he cultivated maize crops in the field. The petitioners and others came and plucked maize from the field and when the informant protested the petitioners assaulted and abused him. It is submitted that from perusal of Annexure-2 series the land of Khata No. 49 (d), R.S.P. No. 101 stands in the name of Sukhdeo Singh son of Ramautar Singh. Sukhdeo Singh is grand

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P.S.
