2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 121(1), 121(2), 125,125(A), 125(B), 49, 109(1), 303(2), 324(4), 317(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R. and about 150 unknown miscreants, abused and assaulted police personnel as a result of which some of them sustained injuries and also obstructed them from discharging their official duties. Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17650 of 2025(2) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
