Earlier due to non-compliance of the order dated 12.07.2001, this appeal stood dismissed on 19.07.2001. Thereafter, it was restored vide order dated 23.03.2012 passed in M.J.C. No. 746 of 2006. But learned counsel for the appellant has not complied the order dated 12.07.2001 i.e. to take steps for fresh service of appeal notice on the sole respondent under registered cover with A/D, in spite of sufficient times granted, the learned counsel for the appellant has not complied the said order.
