The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 354, 504, 506, 456, 427, 436, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that 4-5 persons namely, Anish Kumar Singh, Rajat Singh, Nilesh Singh and others were teasing his daughters while they were going to college. The informant went to the petitioner, who happens to be father of Rajat Singh, to complain but the petitioner abused and threatened the informant. It is further alleged that the accused persons on the day of Holi ride on his roof and pierced knife in his water tank and also set ablaze curtain of his house.
It appears that no specific allegation is made against

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
