The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1127 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On receiving the secret information about moving some persons in suspicious condition near the house of Baudhu Manjhi, the informant, along with other police officials, reached there, then, two persons seeing the police party tried to flee away, but, both were apprehended, who disclosed their names as Aman Kumar and Anil Manjhi (petitioner). Aman Kumar was found with sky colour mobile set of two sims and one motorcycle, but, he did not give the proper reply about keeping the motorcycle not produce any paper regarding the same,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15965 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 whereas on search of Anil Kumar, petitioner, he was found in possession of unloaded country made pistol.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1127 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, subject to the condition that out of two bailors, one must either be parent or close relative of the petitioner.
