The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018 in connection with Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No.138 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner had given a Chhura blow, yet the injury, which has been found on the person, has not been categorized as grievous. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and is a young boy and, therefore, he may be released on bail. No.46860 of 2018, vide order dated 08.08.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Sri Krishna Puri P.S.
