The present civil review application is being filed for review of order dated 07-01-2013 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Samarendra Pratap Singh in CWJC No. 22358 of 2012 whereby and whereunder His Lordship while relying on order dated 21-09-2010 passed in CWJC No. 1377 of

Patna High Court C. REV. No.369 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2010 (Laliteshwar Mishra 'Lalitesh' and Ors.

versus the State of Bihar and Ors.) held that all the Lab Assistant/Lab Technician/Lab Incharge/Lab Instructor who were made Demonstrators, which is a teaching post would continue to hold the same and since the U.G.C. made recommendation for enhancement of age of teachers of the colleges and Universities from 62 to 65 years, the writ petitioner (O.P. No. 1 herein) being a Demonstrator, which is a teaching post, would also be entitled to the same relief.

On behalf of the petitioners (State), it has been submitted that the present Civil Review Application be disposed of in terms of the order dated 27-02-2017 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. (S) 6178-6181 of 2015. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the present Civil Review Application stands disposed of in terms of order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court referred-toabove.
