Learned counsel for the respondents has appeared and submitted that all admitted post retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid and statement to this effect has been made in paragraphs no. 4 and 5 of the counter affidavit filed on their behalf. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 23.12.2016, but there is no rejoinder to the same.
