Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392,411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2017. A country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that though allegation is of commission of robbery along with others but nothing looted article was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the period already undergone and noncompletion of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
