Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.
Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.01.2020 in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case No. 17 of 2008 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 511 of 2008/03 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The impugned order goes to show that petitioner jumped bail on 17.01.2014 and thereafter, he could be remanded from another case on 20.01.2020. Furthermore, the impugned order goes to show that trial court issued all the process but

However, the impugned order also goes to show that charge against the petitioner was framed in the year 2008 but till 17.01.2014 the prosecution could not succeed to produce entire evidence. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 511 of 2008/03 of 2019 arising out of Kinjer P.S. Case No. 17 of 2008.
