Petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No.516 of 2019 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the IPC and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and Krishna Kumar Choudhary @ Bhola were going on motorcycle. Krishna Kumar Choudhary @ Bhola was driving the motorcycle. The police intercepted the motorcycle and on search one loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of Krishna Kumar Choudhary @ Bhola. The petitioner, who was a pillion rider was also arrested and from his possession one live cartridge was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 05.12.2019 for recovery of one live cartridge and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
