In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014. Allegation has been made that the petitioner had tried to enter into the house of the informant by breaking wall as well as threatening for dire consequences writing vulgar letters to the relatives. Defence has been taken by the petitioner that he had given Rs. 52,000/- to the husband of informant at the time of marriage of his daughter and the present case has been lodged with a view to grab the said money.
This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

No.37029 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 In view of facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named above be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C and any observation made in the order will not prejudice either to the petitioner or to the O.P.
