2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 625 of 2022 lodged 14.12.2022 under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation of firing gunshot along with the three persons due to which the informant's brother was killed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel

No.20387 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are six cases pending against him and due to this reason the present case has also been filed but he is on bail in all the cases. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2023
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct allegation against the present petitioner of firing and he has six antecedents and out of six cases three cases are lodged under section 302 of the I.P.C.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
