2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaitipur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2025registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 309(6) and 311 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals tried to commit loot. One of the victims assaulted one of the criminals and one criminal had fled away who has been identified in the T.I. parade, which is the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2025 and has nine criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, the fact that the petitioner has been identified in the T.I. parade and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19996 of 2026(2) dt.01-04-2026 2/2 criminal antecedent of nine cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
