Petitioner was apprehended with a motorcycle, allegedly a stolen property and further, on search, a loaded pistol along with cartridge have been seized and for that, he happens to be under custody since 18.05.2019.

From the written report, it is further evident that petitioner has got criminal antecedents which are properly detailed under para-3 of the instant petition. However, considering the period of custody, petitioner, MD. SHAMSAD @ KANBUCHWA is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.B. Prasad, learned JM, 1st Class Birpur (Supaul), in connection with Nirmali PS Case No. 85/2019.
