JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner got employed as ANM at Health Sub-centre, Ladhopur in the district of Gopalganj on the basis of forged nursing registration certificate. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner still claims that registration certificate of the petitioner is not forged and the petitioner has represented for reverification of the same. More over, the petitioner's services have been terminated.

No.31323 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is lady and she is no longer in service, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.140 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
