The main grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is that inadequate compensation has been decided in respect of the petitioner's land, which has been acquired and award has also been prepared showing the petitioner's land to be agricultural and the payment under the award has been accepted by the petitioner with objection but his grievance made under section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013

Patna High Court CWJC No.8660 of 2021(3) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) for referring her matter under section 64 of the Act has not been redressed.

3. After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, respondent No.2 under section 33 of the Act.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with giving the petitioner a liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 for referring her matter under section 64 of the Act. If the petitioner avails this liberty in the next four months then the respondent no.2 shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner as per provisions of law within four weeks from the date of its filing.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
