JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sandesh P.S. case No. 117 of 2009, disclosing offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner being the husband of the deceased, and having approached the Court of learned Sessions Judge two years after the institution of the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so
