No. 2730 of 2016 stands allowed and disposed of. We find from the order passed by the learned Writ Court that the Writ Court has decided the issue based on orders passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6412 of 2005 and other analogous cases. L.P.A. filed against those orders was also dismissed and the Supreme Court has also dismissed the S.L.P.

That being so, no case is made out for any indulgence into the matter.
