The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant and other family members sustained injuries. It is specifically alleged against this petitioner that he assaulted with lathi to Lal Mohammad.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18778 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 this case. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Lal Mohammad but the injury of injured Lal Mohammad has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is an old man and suffering from several diseases.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Supaul in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
