ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the part of the order dated 13.5.2015 by which the Sessions Judge Gopalganj in A.B.P. No. 1948 of 2014 has refused to extend the period of time of surrender in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2014. It has been submitted that the Petitioner was unable to make available Rs.20,000/- for deposit in the Court below due to which he could not be released on bail. However, he is ready to do so within a period of four weeks.
Considering the above, the application is allowed and the order dated 13.5.2015 passed by the the Sessions Judge Gopalganj in A.B.P. No. 1948 of 2014 in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30201 of 2015 dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Case No. 336 of 2014, is hereby set aside.
The Petitioner is directed to surrender and comply with the terms of the order of the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Application stands disposed off.
