The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 353, 379, 511, 333, 332, 186, 189 and 504 of the IPC.

The prosecution case, as per the written report of Amrendra Kumar Ram, A.S.I., Kako Police Station submitted to the Station House Officer, Kako Police Station, is to the effect that on 28.12.2018 at 8.15 P.M., the informant was deputed at Upgraded Middle School, Satanpur, Kako during election for

No.20003 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/3 constitution of School District Committee when he received information that two groups have collided and are pelting stones on each other, when the police resorted to fire in the air, leading to registration of FIR against 13 known including the petitioner and 20-25 unknown persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the omnibus and general accusation has been levelled against the mob. It is further submitted that co-accused Uday Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12550 of 2019.A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the omnibus and general accusationbeing made against the mob, co-accused being granted anticipatory bail by this Court, coupled with the statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
