2. State counsel accept notice for respondent nos. 1 to 8.

In the instant petition, petitioner has has prayed for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on village Mahangupur Grampanchayat Dharaut wards no. 6 on the post of Anganbari Sevika on the advertisement of 2018.

(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders,

4. Petitioner is candidate for recruitment to the post of Anganwari Sevika pursuant to the Advertisement of the year 2018 in Ward No. 6, Village, Mahangupur Gram Panchayat, Dharaut.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one of the selected candidate and appointed candidate is Guriya Kumari and her appointment is cancelled. Thereafter, petitioner is stated to be more merited candidate. Such a material is not placed on record. At the same time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has already invoked remedy of appeal before the appellate authority and it is pending consideration.

6. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

7. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
