Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the final merit list of homeguard of the district of Gaya prepared against Advt. 02/2011 as the same is illegal having been prepared at block. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to publish the final result of homeguard admission against Advt. 02 of 2011 at district level and not block level and thereafter to appoint petitioners.

3. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file a fresh representation before the Authority concerned in this matter.

4. Permission granted.

5. As such, in the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off directing petitioners to file a fresh representation along with this order, raising all their grievances before the Authority concerned within 30 days and the Authority concerned shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation within 90 days thereafter.
