JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 25-07-2017 Challenging an order passed by the District Collector, Bhagalpur on 19.09.2006, the writ petition in question was filed and the issue pertains to distribution of surplus land of the original landholder under Section 27 of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961. The Writ Court after going into the details of the matter has found that there is no error in the order passed by the Statutory

Patna High Court LPA No.1815 of 2016 dt.25-07-2017 2/2 Authority i.e. Collector, Bhagalpur.

The concurrent orders passed by the Collector and the learned Writ Court do not call for any interference now in these proceedings.
