The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narkatiyaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the motorcycle of the informant having been stolen from a place situated outside the railway station.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to paragraph no. 7 of the petition, submits that the petitioner is a non-FIR accused person and his name has transpired on account of disclosure made by the co-accused person, namely, Kamlesh Ram, who, in his confessional statement has made a disclosure regarding the complicity of the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that neither any

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Narkatiyaganj Rail P.S.
