The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 354 (B), 323, 120B of the I.P.C.. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are Gotiya and due to land dispute petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Referring to the pending title suit No. 05 of 2016 he highlighted the land dispute. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019 Considering the fact that petitioner and informant are Gotiya and there are land dispute, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
