JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48588 of 2018 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to marriage of petitioner No. 2, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the time granted by this Court. Considering the aforesaid, time for surrender is extended till 3rd of April, 2019. The other conditions of bail shall remain the same.
