The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 155 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are also accused in earlier case bearing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28563 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 Raxaul P.S. Case No.133 of 2020 registered by the wife of brother of the informant in the year 2020.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
