The petitioner asserts that he had supplied paddy to Jai Hanuman Rice Mill, Panchanapur owned by one Sunil Sharma, on the oral instruction of the Chairman of Bhori PACS, Tekari in the district of Gaya. It is her grievance that she has not been paid any amount against supply of paddy made to the said rice mill. Accordingly, this writ application has been filed seeking direction to the authorities to pay the dues amount to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.8622 of 2021(2) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 against supply of 150 quintals of paddy.

The petitioner has not been able to make out any case against the State respondents which could have required this Court to consider the petitioner's grievance.

This application, in our opinion, is completely misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
