The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 62 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the village and petitioner is alleged to have indulged in illegal business of illicit liquor. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered either from the possession or premises of the petitioner and recovery has been made from the possession of other co-accused persons and Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.18292 of 2022(2) dt.22-07-2022 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise - II, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P) P.S. Case No. 364 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
