Case No.2 of 2014 (G.R.No. 188 of 2014) passed by the learned Chief Judicial learned Magistrate, Kishanganj by which he has directed the petitioners to face trial under Sections 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the time of framing of charge.
