JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 23.07.2011, passed in Case No.06 (Misc. Case), by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, Ara which is under challenge, in this writ application.
