Having perused the material and the circumstances under which the above case has been instituted against the petitioner, chances of false implication by a police for a reason cannot be brushed aside.
In view of the same, anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Rail P.
