JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 5.6.2018 seeks bail in Navanagar (Sonvarsha) PS Case No. 68 of 2018 registered under Sections 392/412 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that bolero vehicle of the informant was robbed by the miscreants.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and in the present case neither the vehicle has been recovered from his possession nor put on TIP, merely on the information of the spy regarding his involvement and the CDR details of his mobile showing presence in the area of place of occurrence the petitoner has been implicated in this case but the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 5.6.2018 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bharat Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Buxar in connection with Navanagar (Sonvarsha) PS Case No. 68 of 2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45276 of 2018 (2) dt.27-07-2018 with the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be a close family member of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
